About This Position
Project Manager (Scheduling), Louisa, VA ($100k-130k)
Overview:
Urgent need for a Project Manager with expertise in construction scheduling to support large-scale building projects. This role focuses on developing, managing, and analyzing project schedules to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project schedules using CPM methodologies
- Lead pull planning sessions and coordinate Short Interval Production Schedules (SIPS)
- Track progress and update schedules, including Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
- Analyze schedule performance, risks, and Time Impact Analyses (TIAs)
- Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders
- Lead progress meetings and provide clear reporting on schedule status
- Support planning across multiple trades and concurrent projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of construction scheduling experience (CPM focus)
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
- Experience with Lean construction / Last Planner System (LPS)
- Strong understanding of commercial construction and project documentation
- Experience with PMIS tools (e.g., Procore, Kahua)
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Large-scale or data center project experience (preferred)
