Position Summary
We’re seeking an experienced Home Health Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to provide patient-centered therapy services in the home under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient assessments and treatment plans

• Provide therapeutic exercises and functional ADL training

• Educate patients and caregivers on safety and home programs

• Document visits accurately per regulations

• Communicate patient progress with the care team

• Travel to patient homes within assigned service areas

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an accredited OTA program

• Active Maryland OTA license (or eligible)

• Minimum 2 years OTA experience (home health preferred)

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
