Local CDL-A Driver (Amazon Intermodal & Dry Van 3-Day Week)
**Position Title:** CDL-A Local Truck Driver
**Location:** Chicago, IL
**Schedule:** 3 days per week, 13-hour shifts (Full-Time)
**Compensation:** Starting at $28/hour
**Earnings Potential:** $1,120 week based

About the Role:
Were hiring dependable CDL-A drivers to haul Amazon intermodal containers and dry van trailers in the Chicago metro area. This is a home-daily position with a consistent 3-day workweek averaging39 to 40 hours weekly, giving you steady income and more time off.
Drivers average 46 containers/trailers moves per shift.
Key Responsibilities:
Haul Amazon intermodal containers from rail yards and dry van trailers between local facilities
Complete 46 trailer/container moves per 13-hour shift
Follow DOT safety regulations and company procedures
Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and maintain ELD compliance
Communicate with dispatch and operations regarding load status
Requirements:
Valid Class A CDL and active DOT medical card
1+ year of CDL-A driving experience preferred
Intermodal and/or Amazon Relay experience is a plus
Safe driving record and strong communication skills
No TWIC card required
Pay & Benefits:
$28/hour base pay (W-2)
