Team Lead - CNC Machining at Human Technologies, Inc – Piedmont, South Carolina

JTEKT is looking for a hands-on Team Lead to guide our machining team on 3rd shift. In this role, you’ll lead by example, keep production running smoothly, and support your team to deliver safe, high-quality, and efficient work every day.

• Lead and support your team on the shop floor.

• Keep safety, quality, and production standards on track.

• Assign schedules and step in to relieve operators when needed.

• Run team meetings and keep records of daily operations.

• Help identify training needs and support employee development.

• Troubleshoot and solve process or product issues.

• Drive improvements in quality, delivery, safety, and cost.

• Prior machining experience and leadership skills.

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work flexible hours, overtime, and 3rd shift.

• Knowledge of safety, environmental, and quality standards.

• Comfortable using computers and inspection tools.

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Stand, bend, push, pull, and lift up to 40 lbs.

• Work in a manufacturing environment with PPE (steel-toe shoes, safety glasses).
