This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Head of Product (B2B SaaS) in India.
This role is a high-impact leadership position focused on shaping and scaling a product suite powering influencer-led growth and performance marketing infrastructure. You will own end-to-end product strategy, execution, and delivery across multiple product lines, with a strong initial focus on building and scaling a core flagship product. The environment is fast-paced, highly iterative, and deeply customer-driven, requiring strong product instincts and the ability to operate in ambiguity. You will work closely with engineering, design, and leadership teams to translate customer insights into scalable product solutions. The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, from roadmap ownership to sprint planning and product delivery. You will also play a key role in defining product metrics, improving user experience, and ensuring consistent shipping velocity. This is a leadership opportunity to build category-defining SaaS infrastructure in a rapidly evolving market.
- Own the end-to-end product vision, roadmap, and execution across multiple B2B SaaS product lines, ensuring alignment with company strategy and customer needs.
- Lead customer discovery efforts, including interviews, user research, beta testing, and ongoing feedback loops to deeply understand user pain points and churn drivers.
- Drive product prioritisation, trade-offs, and sprint planning in close collaboration with engineering and design teams.
- Own the development and scaling of a core product (initial focus area), ensuring strong execution from concept to delivery.
- Define product requirements, write detailed specs, and ensure high-quality execution across design, engineering, and UX.
- Build, track, and optimise key product metrics such as activation, retention, engagement, and usage.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and ecosystem shifts (DTC, Shopify, affiliate marketing, influencer growth) to inform product strategy.
- Ensure high standards of user experience, design consistency, and product usability across all releases.
- Lead and mentor product and design teams, fostering a culture of ownership, speed, and quality.
- Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to align product direction with business objectives.
- 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS environments.
- Proven experience building products from 0→1, with strong execution and scaling capabilities.
- Strong product judgment with the ability to make clear prioritisation and trade-off decisions.
- Deep customer-first mindset with strong user research and discovery skills.
- Strong design sensibility with attention to UX, usability, and product quality.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments requiring ownership and autonomy.
- Familiarity with DTC, Shopify, influencer marketing, or affiliate ecosystems is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience defining and tracking product metrics.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to align stakeholders across engineering and business teams.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and delivery focus.
- Competitive salary: 3,000,000 – 4,000,000 per year
