This leadership role sits at the core of a fast-scaling, data-driven organization operating in the healthcare and consumer wellness space. The Director of FP&A will shape how financial insights drive strategic decisions, capital allocation, and long-term planning across a high-growth business. You will own the end-to-end planning cycle while partnering closely with executive leadership to translate performance data into actionable strategy. This is a highly cross-functional role that blends hands-on financial modeling with enterprise-level influence, requiring both analytical depth and strong business intuition. You will also lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team while continuously improving financial systems, forecasting accuracy, and reporting frameworks. The role is ideal for a finance leader who thrives in dynamic, fast-moving environments where priorities evolve quickly and impact is immediate.
- Own and lead the full financial planning cycle, including annual planning, long-range planning, and monthly and quarterly forecasting processes
- Drive cross-functional alignment across business units to ensure accurate, timely, and strategic financial planning outputs
- Design and maintain capital allocation frameworks that guide investment decisions across growth initiatives, business lines, and strategic priorities
- Develop and implement performance measurement systems, including KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and variance analysis to support executive decision-making
- Build and maintain complex financial models from scratch, including scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and ROI modeling for key business initiatives
- Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, translating financial insights into clear recommendations that guide business strategy and resource allocation
- Prepare and deliver financial materials for executive leadership, Audit Committee, and Board-level discussions
- Continuously improve financial planning infrastructure, automation, and reporting processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team, fostering accountability, analytical rigor, and professional growth
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting
- 3+ years of people management experience with demonstrated success building and developing high-performing finance teams
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, including scenario analysis, forecasting, and capital allocation frameworks
- Deep understanding of budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes in complex, fast-growing organizations
- Proven ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for executive audiences
- Experience operating in high-growth, fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and high ambiguity
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Highly analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and business judgment
- Hands-on approach with the ability to operate both strategically and in detailed financial execution work
- Experience with enterprise planning or analytics tools is a plus (e.g., Netsuite, Looker, Amplitude)
- Exposure to subscription or recurring revenue business models is a plus
- Familiarity with automation and AI-driven finance workflows is an advantage
