Job Summary:
At our company, the Store Manager is more than an operator — they are the leader of the business at the store level. Each location runs like its own small enterprise, and the Store Manager is responsible for creating an environment where customers want to return, employees want to stay, and the business continues to grow.
Our stores operate from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM, and we offer a flexible scheduling structure that allows managers to lead effectively while maintaining balance. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of daily operations across both retail and food service. From managing inventory and controlling expenses to ensuring that food safety standards are consistently met, your responsibility is to make sure the store runs smoothly, efficiently, and profitably. You will work closely with vendors, maintain accurate financial and operational records, and communicate regularly with company leadership to ensure alignment and accountability.
Just as important, you will be responsible for building and developing your team. A typical shift includes supervising a team of approximately 5 to 10 employees, and your leadership will directly impact how they perform and grow. You will recruit, train, and coach team members and Assistant Managers, set clear expectations, and create a culture of accountability and respect. The strongest managers in our organization are those who lead by example — stepping in where needed, whether that's supporting the register during busy periods, ensuring shelves are stocked, or maintaining high standards in our food service areas.
Customer experience is at the center of everything we do. You will ensure that every customer interaction — whether at the register, on the sales floor, or in the food service area — is efficient, friendly, and consistent. When challenges arise, you will take ownership of resolving them quickly and professionally, always with the goal of maintaining trust and loyalty.
This role also requires a strong focus on compliance and operational discipline. From cash handling and inventory controls to safety standards and food service regulations, you will ensure that your store operates within all company policies and regulatory requirements. Attention to detail in these areas protects both the business and your team.
We are looking for someone with prior retail management experience who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment and understands the importance of both structure and flexibility. Food service or quick-service restaurant experience is strongly preferred, as many of our locations include a growing food component that requires attention to quality, safety, and execution.
