R Plumbing Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Plumbing Laborer / Helper to join our growing service team. This is not just a labor job; it is a vital entry-point into the professional world of plumbing and mechanical systems.

In this role, you will work side-by-side with our Licensed Journeymen, gaining hands-on experience in high-end residential and commercial environments. You will be the engine of the job site, providing critical support to ensure our projects are executed safely and efficiently:

• Direct Plumber Assistance: Support Licensed Plumbers in the installation, maintenance, and repair of complex plumbing systems.

• Site Logistics & Preparation: Manage job site setup and teardown, ensuring tools, materials, and staging areas are organized and ready for the crew.

• Technical Support: Assist with basic installation and repair tasks while learning the fundamentals of pipe fitting, fixtures, and drainage.

• Inventory & Asset Management: Handle professional-grade hand and power tools and manage material flow to keep projects moving forward.

• Controlled Demolition: Assist in the safe removal of old plumbing systems and site preparation for new remodeling work.

• Site Quality Control: Maintain a pristine and organized workspace, performing essential cleanup to uphold our companys elite reputation.

• Safety Stewardship: Adhere strictly to OSHA standards and company safety protocols to protect yourself, the crew, and the clients property.

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Mechanical Aptitude: A natural comfort working with your hands and a basic knowledge of hand and power tools.

• Physical Stamina: The ability to lift 50+ pounds, work in confined spaces, and maintain high energy levels while working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Mindset: A proactive "can-do" attitude, a strong sense of personal accountability, and an absolute willingness to learn the trade from the ground up.

• Reliability: A valid drivers license and a consistent track record of punctuality.

• Experience (Preferred): Prior experience in general construction or manual labor is a plus, but we are primarily looking for individuals with the right grit and ambition.

• Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and heavy lifting.

• Comfort working at heights or in tight, subterranean spaces.

• Ability to maintain high productivity in a physically demanding outdoor environment.
