Position Summary
MyPoint Credit Union is seeking an experienced Branch Manager II to lead our Rancho Bernardo Branch. This role is responsible for overall branch leadership, operational oversight, staff development, and driving growth through exceptional member service and business development. The Branch Manager II serves as a key leader and community representative, ensuring the branch meets performance goals while delivering a consistently positive member experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and management of the Rancho Bernardo Branch, ensuring operational excellence and service consistency
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop branch staff to build a high‑performing, member‑focused team
- Drive branch growth through consumer and small business relationship development
- Execute business development strategies through community outreach, networking, outside sales efforts, and events
- Oversee lending, deposit, and cash management activities, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
- Monitor branch performance metrics, establish goals, and implement strategies to achieve financial and service objectives
- Ensure compliance with all MyPoint Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Address and resolve escalated member concerns professionally and promptly
- Serve as a visible ambassador of MyPoint Credit Union within the local community
- Act as Saturday Branch Manager, as required
Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive leadership experience in financial services or retail
- Demonstrated success in branch management, operations oversight, or sales leadership
- Strong background in business development and relationship management
- Proven results in outside sales, trade shows, event marketing, or community partnerships
- Working knowledge of consumer and small business lending, deposit products, and cash management services
- Experience ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Strong leadership, decision‑making, and communication skills
- Ability and willingness to work Saturdays as required

Position Details
- Status: Full‑Time, Exempt
- Schedule: Saturday availability required
