Accountabilities- Develop a comprehensive strategic plan for consultancy services in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Define and execute actionable roadmaps for business expansion.
- Provide technical support to sales teams and assist in proposal writing.
- Lead recruitment efforts for consultants and experts.
- Ensure technical operations meet customer KPIs.
- Identify skill gaps and lead training initiatives.
- Expand offerings beyond consultancy services.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to enhance go-to-market strategies.
- Coordinate project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Support client inquiries regarding technical matters.
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Business Management, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Strong project management capabilities in fast-paced environments.
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical standards and legislation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to analyze financial indicators.
- Proven leadership and coaching skills.
