CONTEXT
We are looking for a Junior Brand Manager (VIE) to join our Marketing team in Belgium (Braine-l’Alleud, (+/- 30 km from Brussels) for a 12-month mission starting in September 2026.
In this role, you will work on iconic brands such as Maredsous and Boursin, supporting their growth in a dynamic and competitive FMCG environment. You will be fully integrated into the marketing team and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders (sales, supply, finance…). This position offers a unique opportunity to gain a 360° understanding of brand management, from strategy to execution.
Under the supervision of the Brand Manager, you will contribute to the development and implementation of marketing plans, with a direct impact on brand performance and business growth.
MISSIONS
1. BRAND MANAGEMENT & ANALYSIS
- Support the development of the brand’s annual and long-term strategy (2027–2029 roadmap)
- Contribute to market analysis: category trends, competition, consumer insights
- Monitor brand performance (Nielsen, internal data, KPIs) and identify growth opportunities
- Deliver ad hoc business cases and recommendations to support decision-making
- Participate in the preparation of strategic presentations and internal reports
2. MEDIA & COMMUNICATION (ATL & DIGITAL)
- Support the definition and execution of media plans (TV, digital, social, influence)
- Coordinate with creative and media agencies (briefing, follow-up, evaluation)
- Contribute to campaign development: from briefing to execution (Big bursts & Always-on)
3. ACTIVATION, IN-STORE & FIELD EXECUTION (BTL)
- Develop sales support tools (POS materials, one-pagers, promo materials)
- Coordinate activation projects with internal teams and external partners
- Drive the execution of promotional plans and in-store visibility initiatives
- Contribute to the development of customer presentations and promo books
4. INNOVATION & RENOVATION
- Drive the innovation pipeline: from pre-explo to market launch following internal processes
- Follow product renovation projects with factories and external partners
- Contribute to launch plans and post-launch performance tracking
5. TRANSVERSAL OPERATIONS
- Act as a key point of contact between Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain and Finance
- Support demand planning and sales forecasting processes
- Ensure alignment with internal stakeholders on key projects
- Participate in monthly business reviews and operational meetings
- Contribute to budget monitoring and management

BACKGROUND
- Master’s degree Marketing or equivalent
- First experience in Marketing / Brand Management (internships included)
- FMCG or consumer-driven environment is a plus!
LANGUAGES
- Fluent in French and English is mandatory
- Dutch is a plus
