POSITION OVERVIEW

In this role you will be responsible for the sensitive delivery of genetic results via telephone, translating technical information into actionable insights while upholding our core mission to empower the individual through personalized health data.

ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Case management responsibilities such as data entry, recording statistics and feedback to measure performance of the service.
• Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information such as customer feedback and needs.
• Respond to and follow up customer and healthcare professional enquires.
• Participate in other areas of myDNA and Genetic Counselling Australia where required.
• Other duties as required.
• Demonstrate workplace behaviour that reflects the myDNA Values of Your Trusted Partner, Accountable to You, Personal and Accessible and Empower the individual and supports organisational policies.
