This role is responsible for leading end-to-end implementation projects for mid-sized clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and high-quality delivery of complex benefits solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle, translating client needs into structured, scalable plan designs and technical configurations. Operating in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment, you will coordinate multiple stakeholders while maintaining strong project governance and execution discipline. The position requires a balance of consultative client engagement, technical coordination, and hands-on project management. You will play a key role in ensuring successful deployments while continuously improving tools, processes, and standards across the implementation function. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in client-facing environments and enjoys building structure in complex, evolving projects.
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects for mid-sized clients, from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and success criteria.
- Translate client requirements into tailored plan designs, technical configurations, and documented implementation blueprints.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including internal teams, clients, brokers, Third Party Administrators, and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, manage critical paths, track dependencies, and proactively identify and mitigate risks or scope changes.
- Serve as the primary client advocate during implementation, providing clear updates, risk assessments, and executive summaries to stakeholders.
- Facilitate system configuration, data gathering, communications planning, and delivery of training sessions and product demonstrations.
- Support continuous improvement by contributing to standardization of tools, documentation, training materials, and internal processes.
- 3+ years of client service experience within the benefits or healthcare industry.
- 1+ year of experience in project management or special projects, including planning, tracking, and delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Workfront or Monday.com.
- Strong client-facing experience with the ability to manage expectations and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and guide clients.
- Ability to build strong working relationships and collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Salary range between $60,000 and $78,500 per year.
