Timeline for ESY:

January 9th - Feb 27th applications accepted
March - April Principals/Supervisors begin making tentative assignments
March 31st - Letters sent to parents and waiting for reply until May 31st to see which students are confirmed for ESY.
As assignments are confirmed ESY Letters sent to employees to confirm assignments
June 29th and June 30th is a required 2 day ESY Orientation for both Internal PSD staff and ESY New Hires

July 6th - July 31st - 4 week ESY Program dates
