  • Drive identification and execution of tangible business improvements across cost, quality, schedule, and productivity metrics.
  • Act as a client-facing leader, influencing stakeholders and supporting decision-making in complex and ambiguous environments.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Regulatory, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 8–14+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, consulting, or manufacturing/biopharmaceutical environments.
  • 7+ years of experience working in GMP-regulated environments, preferably within drug substance, drug product, or packaging operations.
  • Strong expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, DMAIC, VSM, Gemba, 5S, and related continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proven experience leading OpEx and OEE programs and delivering measurable, data-driven business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large cross-functional teams (10–20 members) in complex operational settings.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring capabilities with experience developing team performance.
  • Ability to define and manage KPIs, performance systems, and structured improvement frameworks.
  • Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments, ideally within life sciences or manufacturing.
  • Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influence skills in dynamic and ambiguous environments.
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $155,000, based on experience and location.
  • Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Retirement savings plans and financial wellbeing support programs.
