Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and replicate flavor systems for equine, dairy, swine, and wildlife nutrition applications.
• Optimize and refine existing flavor formulations to improve performance, streamline ingredient compositions, and reduce cost.
• Assess raw materials, bases, finished goods, and competitive products using analytical and instrumental techniques, including GC ? MS.
• Apply flavors in various feed matrices to evaluate palatability, stability, process tolerance, and shelf life.
• Conduct sensory evaluations and interpret results to guide formulation decisions and product improvements.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, technical, quality, and commercial teams to support product development and customer solutions.
• Ensure all formulations comply with quality standards, safety requirements, and applicable regulatory guidelines.
• Partner with global flavorists to exchange technical knowledge, align best practices, and drive innovation initiatives.
• Contribute to research, innovation, and continuous improvement projects at both regional and global levels.

Required Qualifications/Experience:

• Exceptional Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in flavor creation, replication, or application (feed, food, or fragrance industry).
• Hands-on experience with analytical instrumentation (GC-MS, GC-FID, etc.).
• Strong understanding of chemical profiles and ingredient interactions.
• Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent organization, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative and dynamic lab environment.
