This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving commercial growth and market expansion across SMB, Midmarket, and Enterprise segments in Brazil’s cybersecurity landscape. You will lead a field sales organization focused on hunting new business, building pipeline, and closing strategic opportunities in close collaboration with channel partners. Acting as the senior commercial leader in the country, you will shape go-to-market execution, strengthen executive relationships, and ensure consistent revenue performance. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on sales execution, requiring close engagement with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. You will play a pivotal role in translating regional strategy into actionable plans that accelerate growth and market penetration. The environment is fast-paced, performance-driven, and highly collaborative, with strong expectations for ownership, discipline, and execution excellence.

Accountabilities:
  • Own full revenue responsibility for Brazil across SMB, Midmarket, and Enterprise segments, driving growth and market expansion.
  • Define and execute country-level go-to-market strategies focused on pipeline generation, new logo acquisition, and territory performance.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a field sales team of approximately 10 professionals, fostering a high-performance, accountability-driven culture.
  • Drive disciplined sales execution including forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, and performance tracking.
  • Personally engage in key customer and partner discussions, supporting complex deals, negotiations, and executive-level relationships.
  • Strengthen collaboration with channel partners including MSPs, resellers, and distributors to accelerate revenue generation.
  • Ensure alignment between regional priorities and local execution plans to maximize commercial impact.
  • Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve sales productivity, operational efficiency, and execution quality.
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience in sales leadership within cybersecurity, enterprise software, SaaS, or related technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of leading field sales teams with direct ownership of revenue targets and business performance.
  • Strong expertise in new business development, pipeline creation, and hunting-led sales motions.
  • Experience managing multiple market segments, ideally including SMB, Midmarket, and Enterprise customers.
  • Deep understanding of channel-first go-to-market models combined with direct customer engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and scale high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong executive presence with excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder influence skills.
  • Solid commercial acumen with strong forecasting, planning, and operational discipline.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and strong command of English.
  • Willingness to travel within Brazil as required.
Benefits:
  • Remote-first working model with flexibility depending on role requirements.
  • Opportunity to lead a strategic, high-growth market within the cybersecurity industry.
  • Leadership role with direct impact on regional revenue performance and business expansion.
  • Competitive compensation aligned with senior commercial leadership responsibilities.
  • Exposure to global teams, enterprise customers, and strategic partner ecosystems.
  • Strong emphasis on professional development, leadership growth, and internal mobility.
  • Inclusive, collaborative, and innovation-driven work culture.
  • Access to wellbeing initiatives, employee engagement programs, and global community activities.
