This role is focused on driving top-of-funnel growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities within the property management and real estate technology space.
You will play a key role in building a strong and healthy sales pipeline by initiating conversations with decision-makers and generating high-quality leads for the sales team.
The position combines outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, and early-stage relationship building across multiple channels including phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Working closely with Sales and Marketing teams, you will help refine messaging, improve outreach strategies, and optimize campaign performance.
This is a high-energy, performance-driven role where activity, resilience, and consistency directly impact revenue growth.

- Research and identify potential customers within the real estate and property management sectors to build a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to engage key decision-makers and influencers.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine fit and pass high-quality opportunities to Account Executives.
- Schedule discovery calls and product demos to advance prospects through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with Marketing to refine messaging, outreach strategies, and campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and pipeline data within CRM systems such as HubSpot.
- Continuously improve outreach performance through testing, feedback, and optimization of engagement strategies.
- 0–3+ years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or other client-facing roles (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and influence prospects effectively.
- Self-starter with a strong results-driven mindset and high level of personal accountability.
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound prospecting and structured daily outreach activity.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales technologies.
- Resilient attitude with the ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred: experience in SaaS, fintech, proptech, or a related technology-driven industry.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Competitive base salary range of $45,000–$48,000 with additional bonus and incentive opportunities.
