You will analyze market data, support salary planning cycles, and provide expert guidance on compensation decisions. - Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to design, implement, and manage compensation programs aligned with organizational strategy.
- Conduct market benchmarking, job evaluations, and compensation analysis to ensure competitive and equitable pay structures.
- Support annual and ongoing compensation cycles, including merit planning, promotions, and equity allocation processes.
- Provide expert guidance on compensation decisions, offers, and internal equity considerations across multiple job families.
- Analyze compensation data trends to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement in pay structures and policies.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of compensation frameworks, tools, and governance models.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements related to compensation practices.
- 5+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, HR analytics, or related human resources functions.
- Strong understanding of compensation structures, job architecture, salary benchmarking, and equity programs.
- Experience working with HR systems, compensation tools, and large-scale data analysis.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication and consulting skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple compensation cycles and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and strong business judgment.
- Preferred: experience in a high-growth technology or product-driven organization.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $169,000 to $269,000 USD depending on experience and location.
