Production Operator at MKB – Milaca, Minnesota

Position Summary:

The Production Operator is responsible for safely operating equipment and performing tasks that support the production of high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role ensures that production goals are met while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

• Operate and monitor production equipment in accordance with company procedures
• Follow all safety policies and report any hazards or incidents immediately
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Accurately complete production and quality documentation
• Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting as needed
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets
• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Basic mechanical aptitude preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment (including exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures)

• Manufacturing/production facility setting
• Schedule may vary depending on shift needs (including overtime and weekends as required)
