You will collaborate closely with designers, developers, strategists, and senior stakeholders to ensure successful, on-time, and on-budget outcomes. This is a highly impactful position where leadership, communication, and problem-solving directly shape client success and long-term partnerships.

Accountabilities

The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of complex digital projects, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations are consistently met. • Coordinate cross-functional teams including development, design, QA, and strategy to ensure seamless execution
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and issues early, implementing mitigation strategies and escalation paths
  • Support governance activities including executive reporting, stakeholder mapping, and RACI development
  • Mentor junior project managers and contribute to overall delivery excellence and team capability building
Requirements

This role requires a seasoned project delivery professional with strong experience managing digital or technology-driven initiatives in client-facing environments. The ideal candidate combines structured delivery discipline with strong communication skills and the ability to manage complexity across multiple stakeholders.

  • 5+ years of experience in project management within digital agencies, consulting, or technology environments
  • Proven experience delivering projects such as web development, e-commerce, UX/UI, SEO, PPC, or enterprise platforms

  • Experience using project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms
  • Ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting for multiple concurrent projects
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience with RAID logs, governance structures, and structured delivery documentation
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
  • Exposure to enterprise CMS/DXP platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Contentful, Adobe Experience Manager) is an asset
Benefits
  • Competitive salary range: $90,000–$120,000 CAD
  • 100% employer-paid benefits package
  • Remote-first work arrangement with hybrid flexibility for GTA-based employees
  • Flexible and people-first culture with strong emphasis on work-life balance
