This role sits at the heart of enterprise digital transformation, combining deep technical expertise with strategic customer engagement. You will work closely with large organizations to understand their software development ecosystems and help them evolve toward modern, AI-driven, and secure engineering practices. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will translate complex technical environments into clear transformation roadmaps aligned with business outcomes. The position involves shaping pre-sales strategy, delivering technical validation, and guiding customers through proof-of-concept and solution design. You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to ensure seamless alignment between customer needs and platform capabilities. This is a highly visible, customer-facing role where technical credibility and storytelling directly influence enterprise adoption and long-term success.

• Lead pre-sales technical engagements with enterprise customers to identify needs, shape solutions, and secure technical wins.
• Analyze customer environments and development workflows to identify gaps and define how platform capabilities can address them.
• Design and deliver tailored demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical presentations to support solution adoption.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, building long-term relationships with engineering, security, and business stakeholders.
• Develop strategic customer roadmaps that align digital transformation goals with modern software development practices.
• Collaborate with sales and account teams to shape account strategy and drive expansion opportunities.
• Contribute to customer-facing content, events, and workshops that highlight platform value and innovation.
• Maintain strong competitive and industry awareness in software development, DevSecOps, and AI-assisted engineering.

• 8+ years of experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or consultative technical sales roles.
• Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 6+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
• Strong background in software development, DevSecOps, or enterprise software platforms and architectures.
• Proven ability to engage enterprise stakeholders and drive technical decision-making in complex environments.
• Experience in digital transformation initiatives, software modernization, or enterprise solution adoption.
• Strong understanding of AI-driven development, software lifecycle optimization, and security practices.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Experience orchestrating cross-functional technical teams, including engineering, support, and partners.
• Ability to travel up to 40% across France and the EMEA region.
• Fluency in English and French or Spanish.
• Preferred: experience with GitHub Copilot, GitHub Advanced Security, or similar modern development platforms.
