- Lead, mentor, and manage multiple DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering teams to ensure operational excellence and technical growth
- Define, monitor, and report on KPIs, SLIs, and SLOs to measure system performance, reliability, and operational maturity
- Architect, implement, and optimize cloud solutions across Azure, AWS, GCP, and hybrid environments to support enterprise-grade applications
- Drive CI/CD pipelines, automated deployment processes, and cloud modernization initiatives including containerization (Kubernetes) and platform consolidation
- Implement observability, monitoring, and incident response frameworks to ensure proactive management and resolution of technical issues
- Integrate security best practices throughout the SDLC in alignment with SOC2, FedRAMP, and GDPR standards
- Partner with engineering, product, and security leadership to align cloud strategy with organizational goals and innovation initiatives
- Lead budgeting, resource planning, and strategic initiatives for cloud engineering operations
- BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of software engineering, SRE, or DevOps experience
- 4+ years of experience building and managing high-performing engineering teams in cloud or SaaS environments
- Expertise in cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, and hybrid/multi-cloud deployments
- Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools (Terraform, ArgoCD, Azure DevOps Pipelines, Git), and container orchestration
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python, CLI) and knowledge of Windows and Linux environments
- Proven track record of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and team leadership
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with a servant-leadership approach
- Experience with identity management, cryptography, and cloud security best practices
