Inside Sales at Williams Form Engineering – Portland, Oregon

Williams Concrete Accessories (a division of Williams Form Engineering) is looking for someone to provide support and service to customers and sales associates either on the phone or at the sales counter while gaining a comprehensive knowledge of products and supplies that we have in stock and accessible to sell.

Responsibilities

• Quickly and efficiently learn and understand the products
• Master the basic function of our operation system
• Be confident and honest enough to say "I don't know, but will get an answer as soon as possible"
• Be confident enough to ask for help to ensure the customer is provided accurate information
• Respond to every email, phone follow-up, and request by the end of every day
• Learn the names and buying habits of most frequent walk-in customers
• Keep the showroom clean and functional at all times
• Assist with daily paperwork
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Sales experience preferred
• Honesty and integrity are necessary qualities
• Effective written and verbal communication skills; exceptional customer relations
• Well organized, self-driven, accountable, team oriented, coachable and positive attitude are required attributes
• US Citizen or Green Card holder
