All salary offers must have the prior approval of the Office of Human Resources.
The starting hourly rate for this position is $16/hr.
The salary for this position will be commensurate with the qualifications, education and experience of the candidate.

Job Summary/Basic Function:
- Teach and develop student-athlete’s skills, conditioning and sport knowledge. Lend support for overall student-athlete well-being.
- Assist the head coach to execute a recruiting plan for prospective student-athletes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Individuals must possess the skills and abilities or be able to teach and demonstrate all aspects of the sport they are coaching.
- The candidate must be able to work independently and have the ability to work evenings and weekends.
- Individuals must possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities or be able to explain and demonstrate that they can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilities.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Bachelor’s Degree required and 1-3 years of collegiate playing and/or coaching experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree
- 1-3 years of collegiate coaching experience
