Service Advisor Responsibilities:

· Facilitating customer repairs

· Greeting Customers as they enter the service department

· Communicating with customers throughout the repair process

· Ensuring that customers understand the process from start to repair completion

· Preparing paperwork for customers

· Managing several computer systems simultaneously

· Ensuring customer satisfaction.

Service Advisor Requirements:

· Valid driver’s license

· High School Graduate (GED equivalent)

· Has a great personality

· Can work in a fast-paced environment

· Good organization skills

· Detail oriented and flexible

· Dependable, ethical, honest, accountable, trustworthy, must be a team player, and have a positive attitude
