This gold-standard 2-year program offers structured training, hands-on learning and rotations across mechanical, electrical, controls and critical infrastructure systems. Learn from industry experts and build deep capability in uptime engineering, resilience, and advanced facility operations.In this role you will:

• Support operation & maintenance of UPS, generators, chillers, HVAC, fire & security systems
• Assist with data hall deployments, customer installations & capacity planning
• Respond to critical incidents & participate in change control processes
• Develop skills in reliability engineering, risk management & operational excellence

About you:

• Eligible to obtain NV1 clearance (Australian Citizenship required)
• Degree or trade in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Up to 2 years of industry experience (or a recent grad)
• Curious, proactive and keen to learn by doing
• Strong communicator & team player
• Flexible, with a mission-critical mindset
