Part-Time Maintenance Assistant
Compensation: $20.00/hour

About Us: Chateau Three Hills is a supportive retirement residence committed to providing a safe, comfortable, and well‑maintained home for our residents. We are seeking a reliable Assistant to the Maintenance team to support daily building operations and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with preventative and routine maintenance (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, structural).
• Perform minor repairs, painting, caulking, and general building upkeep.
• Support grounds care including lawn, snow removal, and exterior cleaning.
• Complete routine tasks such as HVAC filter changes, generator testing, laundry vent cleaning, mechanical inspections, and waste/recycling removal.
• Provide access for contractors and assist with coordinating service work.
• Help maintain maintenance records, work orders, and weekly reports.
• Assist residents and staff with furniture moves and space setup.
• Participate in emergency response when required.

Qualifications:

• Experience in building or facility maintenance is an asset.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
• Ability to lift and move equipment safely.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a senior living environment.
