Overview
We’re looking for a Sales Retention Specialist to join our team!
As a Sales Retention Specialist for Esler Companies - Renewal by Andersen you will play a key role in identifying the reasons behind canceled sales and providing effective solutions to retain customers. Through outbound calls, you'll engage with homeowners to understand their needs, set follow-up appointments, and meet or exceed appointment-setting goals.
Responsibilities
- Identify reasons for a canceled sale and make recommendations as needed.
- Communicate effectively with homeowners to determine needs.
- Set follow up appointments via outbound calls.
- Meet or exceed appointment setting goals.
- Provide world class customer service.
- Coordinate with outside sales leaders to ensure program effectiveness.
- Enter data into the system accurately.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member.
- Excellent communication and phone/computer skills.
- A positive attitude with the ability to multi-task.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a new role.
- 2+ years as a successful phone sales representative.
- Call center experience, preferred.
