Responsibilities

• Prepare tenders and quotations in line with the requirements from EPC contractors and system integrators.
• Prepare technical response & clarification to customers
• Maintain accuracy and completeness in technical and commercial submissions.
• Design and involve in selection of products, prepare technical submittal, compliance statements; submit commercial offers and follow up on technical approvals
• Receive incoming enquiries and orders from customers related to Fixed Gas & Flame Detection systems
• Be familiar with safety system specifications and should be capable of preparing technical response
• Provide third party quotations & technical support.
• Prepare schematic engineering drawings using AutoCAD & Microsoft Visio.
• Provide reports to Head Quarters and track / maintain project updates in the region.
• Prepare and track proposals related to Fixed Gas and Flame Detection systems
• Independently answer advanced sales enquiries for company products and their application, whether received by telephone, fax, e-mail
• Issue quotation with different Terms of sales as required by the customers
• Take full ownership of assigned projects/tenders from receipt of enquiry to final submission ensuring proactive follow-up on clarifications and approvals
• Identify potential risks or deviations in technical or commercial scope and highlight them during the review stage
• Meet deadlines through good time management and allocation of priorities
• Work in close co-ordination with Outside Sales Engineers and provide all necessary technical documentation support needed to serve the customers
• Liaise effectively with Service and Customer Service teams
• Coordinate with Sales Engineers and update quotes/proposals tracking system.
• Ensure adherence to standardized templates and correct use of price lists, product documentations.
• Review Customers Purchase Orders by comparing quotation, payment terms and other customer data in SAP Business System.
• Coordinate closely with Customer Service team on timely processing of orders.
• Prepare order acknowledgement in coordination with project execution team and conduct project handover meeting to ensure smooth transition to execution.
• Pre and After Order Project fulfillment Coordination
• Act as a link between Sales & Project fulfillment team to ensure smooth completion of projects in time.
• Support proposal preparation and coordination for projects across multiple regions within EMEA, as assigned
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of FGFD products, standards and industry practices. Ensure all proposals comply with applicable company and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Experience required:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar position, responsible for MEAIR region.
• Experience in FGFD market.
• Knowledge of detectors and systems.
• Experience with schematic engineering drawings using AutoCAD & Microsoft Visio

Education required:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
