At INFINITI Stuart we are seeking an enthusiastic Sales BDC (Business Development Center) Representative to join our winning team. As part of the prestigious Murgado Automotive Group, youll play a vital role in helping deliver exceptional customer experiences in our state-of-the-art dealership.

Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and text in a timely and professional manner

Schedule appointments for vehicle service and sales

Follow up with prospective customers and maintain a customer database

Handle customer concerns and questions, ensuring a smooth customer experience

Collaborate with sales and service teams to meet dealership goals

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) familiarity

Phone Sales & Appointment Setting High-volume outbound calling, lead follow-up, converting leads to appointments

Customer Service Active listening, problem-solving, empathy, and professionalism

Sales Process Knowledge Understanding of automotive sales workflows

Lead Management Handling internet leads, walk-ins, and referrals efficiently

Communication Skills Clear, persuasive verbal and written communication

Time Management & Organization Prioritizing leads, follow-ups, and scheduling

Data Entry & Record-Keeping Accuracy in tracking customer interactions

Product Knowledge Understanding of the dealerships vehicles, offers, and financing options

Team Collaboration Working closely with sales, finance, and service departments
