What Youll Do:Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and text in a timely and professional mannerSchedule appointments for vehicle service and salesFollow up with prospective customers and maintain a customer databaseHandle customer concerns and questions, ensuring a smooth customer experienceCollaborate with sales and service teams to meet dealership goals
Qualifications:Customer Relationship Management (CRM) familiarityPhone Sales & Appointment Setting High-volume outbound calling, lead follow-up, converting leads to appointmentsCustomer Service Active listening, problem-solving, empathy, and professionalismSales Process Knowledge Understanding of automotive sales workflowsLead Management Handling internet leads, walk-ins, and referrals efficientlyCommunication Skills Clear, persuasive verbal and written communicationTime Management & Organization Prioritizing leads, follow-ups, and schedulingData Entry & Record-Keeping Accuracy in tracking customer interactionsProduct Knowledge Understanding of the dealerships vehicles, offers, and financing optionsTeam Collaboration Working closely with sales, finance, and service departments
