Palmilla Beach in Port Aransas, TX is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Content Creator to join our onsite team. This role is responsible for capturing, creating, and managing high-quality photo and video content that brings the Palmilla lifestyle to life across social media and digital platforms. With a competitive salary range of $60,000-$75,000, depending on experience, this position offers the opportunity to own the day-to-day visual storytelling of a premier beach home community while contributing to a growing lifestyle brand. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical - someone who can tell compelling visual stories, meet deadlines, and use performance insights to continually elevate content.

Key Responsibilities

· Capture original photo and video content onsite that reflects the Palmilla Beach lifestyle including homes, amenities, events,

and everyday coastal moments

· Edit and produce content for social media, including reels, short-form video, stories, and static posts

· Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic and voice across all content

· Work within content calendars and meet deadlines for campaigns, launches, and events

· Collaborate with marketing, sales, and events teams to support promotions and storytelling needs

· Organize and manage a content library for easy access and future use

· Monitor and analyze social media performance (engagement, reach, growth, trends)

· Use insights and analytics to refine creative direction, optimize formats, and improve overall performance

· Stay current on social trends, platform updates, and best practices

Qualifications

· Proven experience creating and editing photo and video content for social media

· Proficiency in editing tools and platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere, Canva, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar

· Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and emerging social platforms

· Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently under deadlines

· Strong visual eye with attention to detail, composition, and storytelling

· Comfortable working onsite and capturing real-time content in a fast-paced environment

· Experience reviewing analytics and using performance data to inform creative decisions

Preferred Skills

· Experience in lifestyle, hospitality, real estate, or resort-related brands

· Drone, advanced video, or motion graphics experience a plus

· Basic copywriting skills for captions and short-form storytelling
