About the Role:

As a Radiology Technician, you will play a critical role in the healthcare team by performing diagnostic imaging examinations that assist physicians in diagnosing and treating medical conditions. Your expertise in operating radiologic equipment will ensure high-quality images are produced while maintaining patient safety and comfort. You will be responsible for preparing patients for procedures, explaining the process, and positioning them correctly to capture accurate images. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to review images and ensure proper documentation. Minimum Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Certification or licensure as a Radiologic Technologist as required by the state or country of practice.
• Basic life support (BLS) certification.
• Strong understanding of radiologic safety and radiation protection principles.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with advanced imaging modalities such as CT or MRI.
• Additional certifications such as ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) specialty certifications.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and digital imaging software.
• Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain radiologic equipment to perform diagnostic imaging procedures such as X-rays, CT scans, and fluoroscopy.
