THE SHOP YOU’LL RUN (Fleet-Wide)

• Fleet Lifecycle Command
  • Own in-fleeting/out-fleeting: inspections, onboarding, decommissioning
  • Document every dent, mile, and dollar from acquisition to auction
• Preventative Maintenance Mastery
  • Schedule PMs to crush downtime and repair costs
  • Enforce OEM & regulatory compliance (no shortcuts, no surprises)
• Body Damage & Claims Domination
  • Estimate repairs with surgical accuracy
  • Coordinate body shops, approve supplements, and close claims fast
  • Manage insurance files and follow-ups like a claims adjuster on steroids
• Fuel Program Control
  • Track usage, expenses, KDHE certifications, and reporting
  • Squeeze every cent out of fuel budgets
• Parts & Inventory Precision
  • Stock tools, supplies, and parts to keep techs moving
  • Zero downtime due to “out of stock”
• Vendor Negotiation & SLAs
  • Build iron-clad relationships with body shops, parts houses, and fuel vendors

• Estimating expertise – body damage, supplements, and insurance claims
• Vendor negotiation swagger – you get the best rates and fastest turns
• Organizational firepower – juggle schedules, parts, and claims without dropping a wrench
