Deal Clerk at Team Mazda – Caldwell, Idaho

Team Mazda in Caldwell, ID is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Deal Clerk to join our growing dealership team. This role is critical to keeping our sales operations running smoothly and ensuring deals are processed accurately and on time.

The Deal Clerk supports the Sales and Accounting departments by preparing, processing, and finalizing vehicle deal paperwork while maintaining accuracy and compliance with dealership and lender requirements.

• Process and finalize vehicle deals (new and used)
  
• Review deal jackets for accuracy and completeness
  
• Submit and track lender funding and required documents
  
• Handle DMV/title paperwork and ensure deadlines are met
  
• Work closely with Sales Managers, Finance, and Accounting
  
• Maintain organized deal files (paper and electronic)
  
• Follow dealership policies and compliance standards
  
• Assist with other administrative office tasks as needed
  

• Prior dealership experience strongly preferred (Deal Clerk, Title Clerk, DMV Clerk, or Accounting Clerk)
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to catch errors before funding
  
• Comfortable working under deadlines and managing multiple deals at once
  
• Professional communication skills with internal teams and lenders
  
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership software (DMS experience is a plus)
