  • We are seeking a licensed clinical therapist to join our Boston, MA, clinic.
  • Must be fully licensed in the state of Massachusetts (the company is unable to provide supervision)
  • Make a difference: Help patients heal from trauma using leading-edge treatments like SGB, ketamine infusions, and TMS.
  • Experienced team: Join a compassionate, collaborative community of mental health professionals.
  • Full-time Hybrid role: Must be able to reliably commute to Boston, MA, 2-3 days per week.

What you'll do

  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, including diagnostic evaluation, symptom severity assessment, risk screening, and functional impairment review.
  • Develop individualized, measurable treatment plans with clearly defined goals, interventions, and timelines, documenting progress and adjusting plans based on clinical response.
  • Deliver individual psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities appropriate to patient presentation. (e.g., CBT, trauma-informed approaches, solution-focused interventions, and other relevant models). Proficiency in CBT, DBT, and ACT are required.
  • Allocate structured time within intake and follow-up sessions to review treatment progress, discuss next steps, and present appropriate treatment options.
  • Monitor clinical outcomes, assess symptom improvement, and modify treatment strategies as needed to optimize patient progress.
  • Promote patient engagement, retention, and continuity of care through therapeutic rapport, clear communication, and structured follow-up planning.
  • Conduct suicide risk assessments, safety planning, crisis intervention, and mandated reporting in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards.
  • Engage and educate family members or support systems in treatment planning when clinically appropriate.
  • Refer patients to higher levels of care or external specialists when clinically indicated, ensuring safe and timely transitions.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

License/Certification:

  • LMFT or LCSW in Massachusetts
  • Must be fully licensed. We are unable to provide supervision

Ability to Commute:

  • Boston, MA

Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted clinical license in the state of practice (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, LMHC, Psychologist, or state equivalent).
  • Master’s or doctoral degree in a behavioral health discipline.
  • Expertise in delivering CBT, DBT, and/or ACT
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience providing psychotherapy.
  • Strong interpersonal, assessment, and treatment-planning skills.
  • Ability to manage caseloads, documentation, and clinical responsibilities effectively.
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.

Preferred:

  • Experience with trauma, complex cases, or treatment-resistant conditions.
  • Familiarity with interventional modalities (TMS, ketamine, Spravato, SGB).
  • Training or certification in EMDR, CBT, DBT, ACT, or similar modalities.
  • Experience in collaborative healthcare environments.

The pay range for this role is:
80,000 - 95,000 USD per year(MA - Newton)
