Order Filler -Bonus Eligible at Follett Content Solutions LLC – McHenry, Illinois

This position is an hourly rate along with a production bonus based on your performance.

This position is a full-time non-exempt role in our warehouse located in McHenry, IL. The pay for this position is $16.56 per hour and production bonus eligible based on your performance. Any pay range disclosed is based upon a combination of neutral factors such as required qualifications, experience, education, skill, training, certifications, seniority, etc. Follett Content Solutions reserves the right to provide any successful candidate a salary at the most appropriate level set as a result of such candidate’ qualifications, experience, education, skill, training, certifications or seniority.

Performs duties to select and setup order filling, to retrieve books to fill customer orders and to inspect orders for accuracy.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Read pick lists and locate items by walking to location and retrieving proper items and quantities for customer orders. Indicate items not found.
• Carry stacks of books to cart and deposit in the correct tote.
• Push cart to next area(s) to be picked.
• Verify that correct items and quantities have been retrieved and are in good condition.
• Push totes off cart onto conveyor.
• Meet all established standards for quality, accuracy and productivity.
• Perform backup functions for other departmental personnel as directed.

Requirements:

• Must be able to walk up to 8 hours per day (with breaks).Basic usage and understanding of the English language (speaking, reading - writing).
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Basic math skills.
• Basic alphabetization skills.
