  • Lead day-to-day implementation activities such as workshops, stakeholder meetings, coaching sessions, and coordination with internal and external partners to ensure effective execution.
  • Contribute to change management efforts, helping governments adopt new digital tools and processes while identifying root challenges and recommending improvements.
  • Monitor trends in government technology, contribute to thought leadership, and support fundraising and reporting activities as needed.
  • Experiment with new technologies, including AI tools and digital platforms, to improve internal processes and external solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in technology, public sector work, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in government technology, civic tech, product management, IT, or a related discipline.
  • Strong project management skills with experience handling multiple priorities and delivering high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with product development or UX methodologies such as agile, design thinking, or user research, along with tools like Figma or Miro.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort using collaboration and digital tools such as Zoom, Teams, and Power Automate.
  • Experience or willingness to work with generative AI tools in day-to-day workflows.
  • Ability and willingness to travel periodically within the United States.

Benefits:

  • Competitive annual salary of $102,800.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance with multiple plan options.
  • Generous paid time off including vacation, sick leave, personal days, floating holidays, and paid holidays.
  • Employer-matched retirement savings plan.
