In this role, you will drive business growth and market expansion for SaaS solutions in the beauty technology space:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for SaaS and B2B solutions within the European market
- Generate and qualify leads through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, email campaigns, events, inbound leads, and strategic partnerships
- Manage the full sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent follow-up on opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders across the beauty tech ecosystem
- Prepare and update sales materials, including pitch decks, proposals, quotations, and marketing content
- Conduct outreach, negotiations, and presentations to support the end-to-end sales cycle
- Collaborate internally to align business development activities with product and marketing strategies
- Contribute to the overall commercial strategy and market positioning of SaaS offerings
The ideal candidate combines strong business development experience with a passion for SaaS and the beauty industry:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally in SaaS, CRM, or technology-driven environments
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities
- Experience or strong interest in the beauty tech or cosmetics industry is a strong plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder relationships
- Fluent in French and English; Mandarin is an advantage
- Strong autonomy, proactive mindset, and willingness to travel as needed
