Summary:

Vighter is recruiting an Occupational Health Clinic/Program Manager to join our team and provide exceptional support at the Bureau of Engraving and Printing in Fort Worth, TX. The Occupational Health Clinic Program Manager is responsible for the operational, clinical support, and programmatic management of occupational health clinic services and contracts. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and efficient occupational health services in alignment with regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, and organizational performance standards. The position integrates clinic operations, workforce management, compliance oversight, and client engagement to support employee health, workplace safety, and contract performance.

The Program / Contract Manager serves as the primary point of accountability for program performance and is responsible for integrating cross-functional resources to deliver consistent, compliant, and high-quality services.

Principle Accountabilities:

  • Oversees day-to-day clinic operations to ensure efficient patient flow, scheduling, and service delivery.
  • Ensures appropriate staffing levels and resource allocation to meet operational demand and contract requirements.
  • Implements standardized workflows and operational procedures to optimize productivity and consistency.
  • Monitors clinic throughput, service metrics, and operational performance indicators.
  • Manages occupational health programs, including pre-employment screenings, physical examinations, medical surveillance, and return-to-work processes.
  • Ensures all services are delivered in accordance with clinical protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinates with clinical leadership to maintain quality and consistency across all services.
  • Supports the implementation of new programs and service offerings.
  • Ensures compliance with all contractual requirements, including scope of work, service-level agreements, and reporting obligations.
  • Maintains full understanding of contract terms, staffing models, and performance expectations.
  • Supports contract modifications, renewals, and operational transitions.
  • Ensures alignment between clinic operations and contract deliverables.
  • Establishes and monitors key performance indicators, including patient throughput, compliance rates, and service quality metrics.
  • Implements quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Uses data and reporting to drive operational and clinical performance improvements.
  • An unshakeable adherence to quality and continuous process improvement.
  • An apolitical, patient-centered focus that drives to enhanced care and patient satisfaction.
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Occupational health-focused contract or Program Management
  • Familiarity with occupational health programs, including DOT compliance and medical surveillance.
  • Certification in healthcare or program management (e.g., PMP, CMPE, or equivalent).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a willingness to adapt and innovate as needed.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Must have exceptional customer service skills.
  • Employees shall be technically proficient in the skills necessary to fulfill the job requirements, including ability to speak, understand, read and write English fluently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment with limited supervision
  • Excellent organizational, scheduling and prioritization skills.

Duty Hours / On-call Requirements

  • The expected duty hours for this position are 6 hours per day and 3-5 days per week.

Work Environment

  • Location: Fort Worth, TX
  • Supportive team of healthcare professionals and administrative staff.

Travel:

  • As required to satisfy the contractual obligations. Commuting is non-compensatory. All official travel is government funded.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to sit for more than 8 hours per day.
  • Must be willing to work overtime if necessary.
  • Must be able to use an elevator or walk up and down stairs.
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds. and carry up to 10 feet.
  • Must be able to routinely grasp or handle objects, use finger dexterity, bend elbows/knees and reach above and below shoulders.
  • Must be able to read and interpret handwritten and typewritten print.
  • Must be able to communicate by voice and detect sound by ear.
  • Must be able to perform duties in an indoor or outdoor environment.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background investigation.
  • Must undergo Urine Drug Screening (UDS).
  • Must be a Citizen of the United States or legally authorized to work in the United States of America.
