Job Summary
The Infrastructure & Operations Technology Administrator is the on-site owner of all IT and operational technology systems at their assigned DPT facility. The role spans three connected areas: warehouse operations technology (shipping, labeling, and inventory tooling), staging facility infrastructure (networking and customer collocation), and core IT (access control, surveillance, networking, hardware demonstration labs, visitor systems, printers, and endpoint support). The administrator also assists with Azure and Microsoft 365 administration and contributes to compliance efforts. This is a hands-on role suited to a technically versatile generalist who can move comfortably between a warehouse floor, a server closet, and a user’s desk in the same day.

Primary Job Responsibilities
- Operation Technology (OT) - Warehouse:
- Ownership of PaceJet shipping solution, all related physical-digital for barcode scanning and data entry.
- Ownership of Bartender solution, all related software and supplies management.
- Assists with bulk data entry.
- Performs (1:1 and group) system training in all IT/OT systems at the site.
- (expected to modernize warehouse – RFID, optical, etc.)
- Operation Technology (OT) – Staging:
- Ownership of staging facility networking
- Ownership of customer collocation solutions
- Support heavier lift IT-staging interactions (requiring infrastructure/ops crossover) across all of DPT.
- Maintains document repository for staging staff across all of DPT.
- Information Technology (IT):
- Ownership of all IT systems at respective facility.
- Access control system – administration and maintenance (in-house or vendor)
- Surveillance system – administration and maintenance (in-house or vendor)
- Networking (Ubiquiti) – administration and maintenance
- Hardware demonstration labs – administration and maintenance, site POC
- Visitor system – administration and maintenance
- Printers, office and label – administration and maintenance
- Performs onboard/offboard for FTE and temporary resources local to site. Assists helpdesk with troubleshooting facility issues.
- Assumes some duties of Azure and 365 administration.
- Individual contributor for compliance efforts
Required
- 365, (an inventory system skill or related)
- CompTIA IT Fundamentals, CompTIA A+
- Strong written and verbal communication; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff
- Comfortable leading 1:1 and group training sessions
- Ability to collaborate across operations and IT teams
- Organized self-starter who can prioritize across competing site needs.
- 2-3 years in technical capacity
Preferred
- Network installation experience
- CompTIA Network+
Environment and Normal Working Conditions
Office/Warehouse environment. Core business hours are 8:00 am – 5:00 pm onsite at the location identified in the job posting. This position will/may require work to be performed outside of normal business hours based on Company operations.
Physical Requirements
Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting including verbally communicating, seeing and hearing to exchange information and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard. Daily physical functions may include standing, sitting and walking for prolonged periods of time and occasionally stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and twisting. The employee may engage in lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling light to moderate amounts of weight up to 25 pounds. The position also requires the operation of office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement.
