This senior leadership role is responsible for driving enterprise revenue growth across global markets by leading a high-performing sales organization focused on complex, high-value accounts. You will define and execute the enterprise go-to-market strategy, shaping how large organizations adopt advanced visualization and design technologies within their workflows. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on deal involvement, requiring a strong player-coach mindset in a fast-paced, international environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to refine positioning, expand key accounts, and accelerate predictable ARR growth. With a focus on disciplined execution and data-driven performance, you will play a pivotal role in scaling enterprise sales maturity. - You will define and lead the global enterprise sales strategy, ensuring consistent achievement and overdelivery of ARR and revenue targets across large enterprise accounts.
- You will manage, coach, and scale a distributed team of enterprise sales professionals, acting as a hands-on leader involved in key strategic deals.
- You will drive expansion within high-value accounts (€100K–€500K+ ACV), identifying new opportunities through structured segmentation and account planning.
- You will transition the organization toward a proactive outbound sales motion, strengthening pipeline generation and improving conversion across enterprise segments.
- You will establish a KPI-driven performance culture, implementing clear metrics, accountability frameworks, and disciplined pipeline management practices.
- You will personally engage with strategic enterprise customers as an executive sponsor, strengthening long-term partnerships and revenue growth.
- You will collaborate with senior leadership to shape go-to-market strategy, territory design, and expansion into new verticals and markets.
- You bring at least 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales, including proven success leading high-performing, geographically distributed teams.
- You have a strong track record of closing complex, high-value enterprise deals with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
- You have demonstrated experience transforming inbound-led sales organizations into proactive, outbound-driven enterprise engines.
- You are highly skilled in designing and executing GTM strategies, including segmentation, account prioritization, and territory planning.
- You combine strong commercial acumen with deep understanding of SaaS business models, pricing strategies, and revenue drivers.
- You are a hands-on player-coach, capable of both closing deals and developing team capability through structured coaching and leadership.
- You are highly data-driven, comfortable using KPIs, pipeline metrics, and sales analytics to guide decisions and performance improvement.
- You communicate fluently in business English and confidently influence senior internal and external stakeholders.
