You will serve as a trusted partner to the Chief Development Officer, ensuring seamless coordination of priorities, communications, and strategic activities. The position blends executive support with project coordination, data reporting, and stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll interact with internal teams, donors, and board members, playing a key role in advancing development efforts. - Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, donor engagements, travel, and events while resolving conflicts proactively
- Prepare, review, and coordinate materials for meetings, presentations, and executive communications
- Serve as a liaison between leadership, internal teams, donors, and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication
- Support donor relations by coordinating meetings, events, and maintaining accurate CRM records
- Assist in preparing donor briefings, proposals, and stewardship materials
- Track fundraising activities, deadlines, and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with goals
- Compile and distribute revenue reports, dashboards, and insights for leadership and board presentations
- Coordinate cross-functional projects, monitor timelines, and ensure deliverables are completed efficiently
- Support board and committee logistics while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
- Handle administrative tasks including travel arrangements, expense reporting, and file management
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 3–5+ years of executive administrative support, ideally in nonprofit or development environments
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel (pivot tables, data analysis) and PowerPoint
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data/reporting tools
- Ability to analyze data and support revenue tracking and reporting processes
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders
- Experience with event coordination, donor relations, or fundraising support is a plus
