This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, client consulting, and end-to-end campaign execution within a fast-paced fintech environment. You will act as the primary partner for a portfolio of subscription-based clients, guiding them through the planning and delivery of multi-channel B2C marketing campaigns. The position requires strong ownership of the full campaign lifecycle, from strategic recommendations to execution, performance analysis, and optimization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including operations, creative, data, and external partners to ensure seamless delivery and measurable results. Success in this role requires strong communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, results-driven environment.

Accountabilities:

You will act as the main point of contact, driving alignment, clarity, and value delivery across all engagements. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading end-to-end campaign delivery, including planning, coordination, approvals, deployment, and post-campaign analysis
  • Serving as the primary relationship owner for assigned clients, managing expectations, meetings, and ongoing communication
  • Translating client goals into actionable multi-channel campaign plans within defined frameworks and best practices
  • Advising clients on campaign sequencing, prioritization, channel mix, and performance optimization
  • Monitoring campaign performance and turning insights into actionable recommendations and strategic improvements
  • Coordinating across internal teams (consulting, operations, data, creative, production) and external partners to ensure timely execution
  • Managing risks, resolving operational issues, and escalating complex challenges when needed
  • Supporting subscription utilization tracking, renewal readiness, and identifying growth opportunities such as upsell or expansion
Requirements

This role requires strong experience in client-facing marketing, campaign management, and cross-functional coordination within structured environments. You should be comfortable working with data-driven insights and translating them into practical marketing outcomes. Key qualifications include:

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing program management, campaign management, or consultative client services
  • Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable performance outcomes
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Ability to interpret campaign data, reporting metrics, and customer segmentation insights
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
Benefits
  • Competitive salary range: $84,900 – $108,200 annually (based on experience and location)
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching
  • Paid time off, paid holidays, and additional personal and volunteer time off
  • Paid maternity, parental, and family care leave
  • Health savings account (HSA) with employer contributions and flexible spending accounts (FSA)
  • Life, disability, and supplemental insurance coverage
  • Mental health and employee assistance programs (EAP)
