This senior leadership role sits at the core of an advanced media strategy function, responsible for shaping full-funnel strategic planning across major client accounts. You will define how integrated media strategies are built, connecting brand and performance objectives across digital, offline, and emerging channels. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior clients and internal leadership, you will translate complex data, audience insights, and media principles into actionable growth strategies. The role blends strategic vision with hands-on leadership, requiring deep expertise in omnichannel media planning and strong storytelling capabilities. You will also play a key role in elevating planning methodologies, tools, and talent development across the organization. This is a high-impact opportunity for a seasoned strategist who thrives in fast-paced, data-driven, and client-facing environments.
- Lead end-to-end strategic media planning across key client accounts, ensuring fully integrated, cross-channel strategies spanning upper, mid, and lower funnel initiatives
- Develop data-driven, full-funnel media strategies grounded in audience insights, business objectives, and performance goals
- Translate complex media principles into clear, actionable recommendations for both clients and internal teams
- Partner with client-facing leads to align strategic planning with overall account growth objectives and revenue expansion opportunities
- Oversee the development and standardization of planning frameworks, tools, templates, and best practices across the team
- Act as a thought leader, contributing to innovation in media strategy, audience development, and measurement approaches
- Mentor and guide internal teams, elevating strategic thinking, insight generation, and storytelling quality
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in media strategy, planning, or integrated marketing roles
- Strong expertise in omnichannel media planning across the full marketing funnel
- Proven experience working with large retail, eCommerce, or CPG brands
- Deep understanding of media principles, including reach, frequency, attribution, and incrementality
- Advanced proficiency with media and research tools such as Kantar, SimilarWeb, Pathmatics, or equivalent platforms
- Strong executive-level communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas into compelling narratives
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders
- Strong leadership experience managing teams, guiding strategic initiatives, and developing talent
- Highly analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
