Sylva Valley Health & Rehab is looking for a reliable and compassionate Transportation Driver to support our residents with safe and timely transportation to appointments and outings.

• Transport residents to and from medical appointments, therapy, and community outings
• Assist residents safely in and out of the vehicle (wheelchair assistance as needed)
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed during transport
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the facility vehicle
• Communicate with nursing staff and leadership regarding schedules and needs

• PRN / As Needed
• Flexible based on facility needs and appointments
• Primarily daytime hours

• Competitive pay based on experience

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Experience driving vans or transport vehicles preferred
• Ability to assist residents safely (including wheelchair transport)
• Dependable, patient, and team-oriented
• Strong communication and professionalism

• Experience in healthcare, senior care, or transportation services
• CNA background is a plus
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
