Medium Equipment Operator in Fort Huachuca, Arizona at Frontline Enterprises, LLC

Job description

General Responsibilities: Operates medium equipment such as backhoe, bucket truck, rollers and small tractor. Operates chipper, dump truck and bobcat. Experience with tree chainsaws. Maneuvers equipment that is used to load or move dirt, gravel or other materials. May grease, adjust and make emergency repairs to equipment. Other duties/tasks as assigned.

Experience: Minimum one year related experience operating medium equipment. Must possess, or obtain within 90-days, a Class B CDL.

Physical Requirements: In an 8-hour day, must be able to continually bend, squat, kneel, lift, twist, climb, reach, stand and walk; to use hands for repetitive pushing, pulling, and single grasp motion; and to frequently lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds and to move objects in excess of 50 pounds, and travel by company vehicle to work location or to other destinations as required.

Additional Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record. Ability to read and write English. Must be able to pass a company background check. Must possess or be able to obtain a (National Agency Check with Inquiries) and be able to obtain access to Fort Huachuca, AZ. Must carry a company cellular phone and follow a rotating “on-call” schedule. Pre-employment drug test.
