Looking for a hands-on CNC role in a clean, modern manufacturing shop?
Versatile is hiring a CNC Operator to run and maintain CNC machines producing components for custom millwork, cabinetry, and commercial furniture.

If you have CNC experience and want a steady schedule, long weekends, and a fast-paced production environment, this is a great opportunity.

• 4-day work week (Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
• 3-day weekends most weeks

• Operate and set up CNC machines to produce wood components
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job orders
• Monitor machine performance and adjust for quality and efficiency
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• Track production and report issues as needed
• Maintain quality and safety standards in a manufacturing environment

• Experience as a CNC Operator in manufacturing or woodworking
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Reliable and team-oriented
