Customer Service Specialist - In Office, Call Center Opportunity at EIG Services, Inc./ EMPLOYERS (NYSE: EIG) – Las Vegas, Nevada

Join EMPLOYERS® as a Customer Service Specialist I and be the friendly, solutionsfocused voice supporting our customers. This is a fully inoffice call center role—perfect for someone who thrives in a team environment and delivers exceptional customer support with professionalism and empathy.

• Deliver outstanding service via inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats
• Provide clear, accurate information and help resolve customer inquiries
• Deescalate situations through research, education, and strong listening skills
• Document customer interactions thoroughly and accurately
• Guide customers through online system registration and navigation
• Meet performance and quality goals while supporting multiple workgroups
• Identify trends and share insights with leadership

• Bilingual English/Spanish REQUIRED
• 1+ year experience in an officebased call center
• Strong multitasking, attention to detail, and communication skills
• High School diploma or GED
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and webbased tools
• Customerfocused mindset with the ability to work in a fastpaced environment

Preferred (Not Required):

• Experience with cloudbased ACD/CRM systems or Five9
• Insurance/Workers' Comp product knowledge
• Associate degree

• 100% inoffice at our Henderson, NV location (with occasional local travel)
• Sedentary role with typical office equipment use
• Occasional voluntary OT
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

Start Date: February 17, 2026
Must be available for two uninterrupted weeks of training.

• $20.50/hr
• $21.50/hr for Bilingual Spanish
