We’re hiring a Full-Time Certified Pilates Instructor to join our Hampton studios. This is a full-time (30+ hours/week), salaried opportunity for an instructor who is committed to a consistent teaching schedule, takes pride in their craft, and represents the NYP brand in the broader Pilates community.

This role is ideal for a seasoned instructor who leads by example on the studio floor, is deeply committed to teaching, mentoring others, and growing with New York Pilates long-term.

As a full-time instructor, you’ll be deeply embedded in the studio — delivering high-quality classes, representing the NYP brand, and contributing to an exceptional client experience.

• Teach 5 shifts (approximately 25-30 hours) per week of NYP reformer classes with consistency and excellence
• Serve as a brand ambassador for New York Pilates — showing up in the Pilates and wellness community, taking classes, and strengthening NYP’s presence and reputation
• Act as a community connector, building authentic relationships with instructors and studios across the Hamptons Market
• Uphold and model NYP’s teaching standards, programming quality, and client experience
• Participate in trainings, continued education, and ongoing development to support growth and teaching excellence

• 5+ years of Pilates group reformer teaching experience with a strong professional reputation
• Comprehensive Pilates certification (400+ hours) and experience teaching group reformer on 8+ machines.
• Live within 15 miles of the market and can reliably teach 25 hours/week on a consistent schedule.
• Natural leadership, strong communication skills, and a passion for mentoring other instructors
• A polished, professional presence and strong alignment with the NYP brand and culture
• Deep roots in the Hamptons Pilates/fitness community and a natural ability to meet people, build relationships, and spot great talent.
